Studioless (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides AI-generated professional headshot photography services via studioless.co.uk. By using our service you agree to these terms.
You upload selfie photographs. We use AI to generate professional headshots based on those photographs. You receive the generated images by email, typically within 90 minutes.
Payment is taken upfront via Stripe at checkout. The current price is displayed on the website at the time of purchase. All prices include VAT where applicable.
You retain ownership of the selfies you upload. By uploading them, you grant us a limited licence to process them through our AI pipeline solely for the purpose of generating your headshots. We do not sell, share, or use your photos for any other purpose.
You own the AI-generated headshots we deliver to you. You may use them for any personal or commercial purpose, including on property listing sites, social media, and printed materials.
If you are not satisfied with your headshots, we will regenerate them at no additional cost. If you remain unsatisfied after regeneration, we will issue a full refund. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Uploaded selfies are automatically deleted from our servers within 30 days of delivery. Generated headshots are retained for 90 days to allow re-downloads, after which they are also deleted. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
